If You Disagree With a Claim Decision

If a claim is declined, reduced or otherwise disputed, ask the applicable insurance provider for the reason for its decision and review the relevant policy terms and supporting information.

If you remain dissatisfied, submit a formal complaint directly to the insurance company and keep a record of the complaint and its response.
